Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Specialist-China who will be responsible for managing established customer relationships and growing share of wallet within assigned geography.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of related experience and a degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Engineering. A CMP Program certificate is preferred.

The selected individual will leverage CRM to track activities and NOVO, determine key objectives required to win and resource requirements/risks, drive E-Commerce applications, and provide technical expertise on products, customer programs, and customer cost savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage 1-10 established customer relationships.
  2. Maintain existing business and grow share of wallet with assigned customer accounts within assigned geography.
  3. Take hand-off from Sales Engineer when account reaches certain level of sales volume.
  4. Leverage CRM to track activities and NOVO.
  5. Determine key objectives required to win and resource requirements/risks.
  6. Drive E-Commerce applications.
  7. Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge on a particular end-market and stay up-to-date on latest industry trends to continually improve customer productivity.
  8. Provide technical expertise on products, customer programs, and customer cost savings initiatives.
  9. Maintain intense market knowledge of competitors and market gaps.
  10. Support Sales Engineers by providing technical expertise when closing new customers.
  11. Coordinate with Inside Sales rep(s) and Sales Support to grow sales within assigned accounts plus troubleshoot customer gaps as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business and/or Manufacturing and/or Engineering preferred.
  • 5-10 years of related experience preferred.
  • CMP Program certificate preferred (Certified Metal cutting Professional).
  • Entrepreneurial, Creative, Analytic, Assertive, Competitive.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Good command of English, reading & written.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
