Your Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, expand product sales, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product sales growth and increase market share in your assigned region.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives and market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Chinese market and healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet targets.

We offer a competitive salary range of RMB 250,000 - RMB 350,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
