Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy for WeChat ecosystem, including WeChat mini programs and Martech solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with IT and relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and launch new features.
  • Work closely with business teams to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform product strategy.
  • Manage product roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, marketing/business administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong business understanding of WeChat ecosystem, including WeChat mini programs, WeCom, WeChat service & subscription accounts, SCRM & CDP.
  • In-depth knowledge of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to derive conclusions and proposals based on alignment with various internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and rhetoric skills both in English and Chinese.
  • Work experience in multi-cultural teams / international environment.
  • Personal characteristics: Good learner, self-motivated, proactive, accountable, energetic, creative skills, problem solver, team player.
