Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory of uniforms and linens to ensure accurate stock levels

• Identify and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to management

• Train and supervise laundry staff on all procedures, including safety protocols and equipment operation

• Verify that laundry requests are completed for each department as needed

• Operate and monitor washing, drying, and drying machinery to ensure optimal performance

• Inspect linens and terry for damage and report any issues to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
