Customer Growth Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to drive overall customer health and growth.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring their business and technical expectations are met.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, focusing on key metrics such as gross profit, margin%, and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive SaaS business growth.
  • Work closely with Technical Account Administration to ensure client accounts are properly set up and configured.
  • Monitor and mitigate health risks, working closely with Revenue Assurance teams.
  • Analyze and forecast client traffic, taking proactive measures to ensure ongoing business growth.

Internal Initiatives

  • Stay up-to-date with Infobip's internal tools and platforms to effectively manage client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Update client engagement and opportunity information in dedicated tools.

Continuous Development

  • Promote a positive team culture and help mentor new team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to stay current with industry trends.
  • Stay informed about Infobip products, platforms, and relevant markets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and their use of Infobip services.
