Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert

As a Customer Care Specialist in our Sea Logistics team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Operational Care Center to ensure seamless customer onboarding and order execution.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure inclusion of customer requirements into our systems.
- Qualify and enter customer orders into our operational execution process.
- Work closely with Finance to adjust credit limits and coordinate measures to address challenges.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints, identifying and sharing root causes to eliminate them.
- Create, review, and refine customer reports to ensure delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.
