The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in the automotive semiconductor industry, with a strong understanding of OEM requirements and market dynamics.
- 4-5 years of experience in automotive semiconductor sales, preferably with OEM accounts.
- Established network of contacts within the Chinese automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor technologies and applications relevant to the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to achieving shared goals.
