Job Description

As a Financial Manager for China Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our China integrated business and providing in-depth financial analysis to drive business growth. You will work closely with the Marketing function to ensure effective financial planning and management of SG&A expenditure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial support for the Marketing function and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Analyze and report on financial performance, including sales growth drivers and profitability

• Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline

• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.g. CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred

• Over 10 years' experience in finance, accounting, and business analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related role

• Strong project management skills

• Leadership competencies, including influential skills and self-starter ability
