As a Finance Manager China Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis for our China marketing operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing research and development (MRD) and regional consumer business insight (CBI) to plan, track, and manage SG&A expenditure
  • Perform analysis on budget vs. planning (BVA) for marketing department SG&A
  • Organize and lead integrated reconciliation (IR) to capture insights and consolidate sales outlook for decision-making
  • Lead company-level gross profit (GP) analysis to drive data-based profitability initiatives
  • Support marketing business unit finance team to connect the dots among reporting, process, and communication
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline from reputable institution
  • Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred
  • Over 10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related areas with focus on business analytics and solid accounting/financial analysis experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, translate, and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills
  • Organization and strong communication skills
