Job Title: Finance Manager China Marketing

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis for our China marketing operations. This includes providing financial support for marketing functions, analyzing sales growth drivers, and leading integrated business planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing research and development (MRD) and regional consumer business insight (CBI) teams in planning, tracking, and managing SG&A expenditures.
  • Analyze and provide insights on budget vs. planning (BVA) for the marketing department.
  • Lead integrated reconciliation (IR) to capture sales outlook and drive decision-making.
  • Perform robust analysis of sales growth drivers, including price volume change, and use insights to drive revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead company-level gross profit (GP) analysis to drive data-based profitability initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting/financial analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand, translate, and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills are required.
