Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance, Greater China to join our team at Abbott. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function in Greater China, providing strategic financial guidance and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree with an additional Professional Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) or MBA.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written English skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and experience with financial tools such as Hyperion and Essbase.
