Eucerin Tmall Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tmall E-commerce Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing two flagship stores on the Tmall platform and driving sales growth through effective business operation planning and execution.
Your ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business operation plans to achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall business growth.
- Managing and optimizing on-platform tools, including ZTC, Brand Zone, and WXT, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales operations, and trade marketing, to ensure smooth business development.
- Closely monitoring sales progress, tracking key store indices, and adjusting operation plans in real-time to achieve annual sales targets.
- Submitting 12-month rolling forecasts to secure sufficient stock for sales delivery and managing the order-to-delivery process.
- Communicating effectively with platform partners to secure additional on-platform resources and drive business growth.
- Conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce, preferably with experience in cross-border and domestic business. Key requirements include:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-matrix organization.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and challenges.
