Senior Business Development Associate, B2B

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business development conversations with suppliers on Wayfair, ensuring seamless setup processes.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers via email and phone as needed, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage external partnerships that provide supplier leads and resources, driving business growth.
- Identify and solve challenges or trends as they arise, ensuring the Acquisition team's success.
- Report on progress, highlighting successes and learnings to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the supplier experience, driving business results.
- Influence strategy and planning for the Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant work experience or internship, preferably in e-commerce.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners and executives of large companies.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Collaborative nature, with the ability to build relationships and drive change effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical thinker who leverages data to inform decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to achieve specific targets.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
- Experience in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities is a plus.
