Senior Business Manager - INS COE_BUSINESS SME_CHINA_GZ

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Manager - INS COE_BUSINESS SME_CHINA_GZ. As a key member of our Global Insurance Business Architecture team, you will play a critical role in defining the target operating model and business capabilities required to fulfill our Global Insurance strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Insurance Blueprint and Future State Architecture (FSA) to ensure alignment with global design principles and business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technology architecture teams to define solutions for optimal system platforms to meet business capabilities.
  • Support the Business Architecture leadership in ensuring that business architecture is communicated and well understood, informing change activity with target business and operating models.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support governance processes and resolution of architectural issues across the Global Insurance portfolio.
Requirements
  • Strong banking and insurance business, product, and technical knowledge.
  • A strong knowledge of Target Business and Operating Models and transformation business case.
  • Excellent understanding of Architecture Frameworks and best practice techniques.
  • Ability to grasp complex business and technology problems and design solutions to address the same.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience
  • Diverse experience and a variety of skills related to supporting large and complex change, including people, process, and technology development.
  • Experience in business/enterprise architecture or management consultancy/change design.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
