Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead sales bid project proposals for ASU initiatives.
- Oversee critical activities in firm bid projects, including technical bid strategy, clarification of customer requirements, thermal design of compressors, risk assessment, cost estimation, and scheduling optimization, along with preparation of technical documentation, service coordination, and technical negotiations.
- Facilitate project handover to execution teams, including Engineering and Project Management, in accordance with established guidelines and processes.
- Provide technical support to sales managers and maintain close collaboration with customers and partners during the pre-acquisition phase, enhancing local technical expertise.
- Engage in communication and coordination with internal stakeholders within international bidding teams and expert networks.
- Actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of proposal processes and tools to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in turbomachinery is preferred.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in application engineering, bid management, or engineering, ideally within the turbomachinery sector.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong focus on business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Skills in collaboration and influence.
- Willingness to travel for business and flexibility in managing work hours.
