Job Title: School Principal Leader

We are seeking an exceptional School Principal Leader to join our team at eChinaCareers, based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year.

With over 20 campuses across China, we offer Elementary, Middle, and High School departments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless school operations.
  • Student Development: Develop student learning plans to ensure academic progress and success.
  • Communication: Arrange and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to foster effective communication between parents and faculty.
  • Feedback: Regularly send feedback letters to parents about their children's academic performance and progress.
  • University Support: Assist students in their university job applications to support their future career endeavors.
  • Teacher Coordination: Coordinate the activities of foreign teachers, including organizing regular training and staff meetings for them.
  • Quality Assurance: Observe classes regularly to ensure the quality of teaching by foreign teachers.
  • Student Activities: Organize student activities and collaborate with Sino-American projects to celebrate festivals with Chinese characteristics.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment publicity and arrange freshman entrance tests.
  • Teaching Role: Take responsibility for teaching at least 1-2 courses to actively contribute to the academic program.
Requirements
  • Principal Qualifications: Qualified as a principal recognized by the BC Department of Education.
  • Leadership Experience: Past work experience as principal or vice principal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and able to use or learn multimedia devices quickly.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent human relationship skills.
  • Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of Chinese and Western culture.
  • Implementation Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effectively.
