About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Connect Technology Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class organization and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business management systems, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence to support business planning, performance improvement, and growth.
  • Manage the development of forecasting and growth models, quantitative analysis of product and sales performance, and customer and prospect analysis.
  • Engage with stakeholders across regions to learn best practices and replicate them in Greater China.
  • Create and maintain project and program specifications, including requirements, resourcing, work streams, schedules, milestones, and risk management.
  • Deliver regular business reviews, dashboards, and status reports for cross-functional coordination and executive updates.
  • Design and improve sales and customer-related processes to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.
