Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various business activities, ensuring the quality of data entry, and tracking work progress to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage business activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure data quality by strictly controlling data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor work progress and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Respond to client needs promptly and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve business operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as international trade, business administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Proficiency in Japanese, with a strong ability to communicate and write in Japanese.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the B2B industry, particularly in data management and client relationships.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
