About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our innovation efforts in Consumer Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including CMOs, technical experts, and universities, to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Manage and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with 10-15 years of experience in Consumer Health/FMCG.
  • Proven track record of delivering new innovation from concept to launch.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and work with all levels of the organization.
