Job Title: Global Customer Liaison

Bunge, a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products, is seeking a skilled Global Customer Liaison to strengthen regional relationships and drive growth with key customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Customers and Key Accounts Lead to develop and execute strategic account management plans.
  • Articulate value propositions to global customers and key accounts, highlighting Bunge's capabilities and benefits.
  • Coordinate RFP pricing tender preparation cycles and pricing requests outside of RFP cycles, working closely with the Global GC & KA Lead and other functions.
  • Work with regional marketing and sales departments to build and maintain market intelligence, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Actively use the Key Account Plan tool, Global Customers Salesforce Platform, and Bunge Customer Preparation Methodology to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Provide timely and detailed customer visit feedback and updates.
  • Collaborate with Regional R&D on pipeline development and customer R&D relationship building.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and sales reports, including SKU-level granularity and client insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business or food science.
  • Proven track record of sales and commercial experience with strategic account management skills, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with broad business acumen and deep understanding of multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service.
  • Ability to navigate technical and commodity worlds, with strong technical selling experience and value-added selling skills.
  • Good track record of business development, with the ability to develop deep and cross-functional relationships across geographies and customer channels.
  • Ability to manage internal and external complexities, prioritize, deliver on deadlines, and cope well under pressure.
  • Execution-oriented, with strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
