About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Solutions Specialist to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Application Development team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the development and formulation of pharmaceutical products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical science or chemistry
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical formulation and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
