About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our Automotive and Manufacturing Industries team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, and surfacing insights.
- Support our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution.
- Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
- For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- AMI industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within AMI area is preferred.
- Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and for Manager and Principal hires to lead these activities.
- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
