About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Engagement Manager to join our Automotive and Manufacturing Industries team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and manage the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, and conducting primary and secondary research.
  • Support our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution.
  • Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
  • For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
  • Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • AMI industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within AMI area is preferred.
  • Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and for Manager and Principal hires to lead these activities.
  • Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel.
