Job Overview
As an OEM Sales Manager at Adesso, you will report directly to the President of USA Global Sales. This role is pivotal in managing Enterprise sales for OEM clients, focusing on the cultivation of new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with our current OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue from both new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to align with the business strategies of target customer accounts, ensuring regular discussions to explore opportunities and refine account management.
- Communicate customer and consumer insights to internal teams, including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance.
- Address customer service challenges promptly, fostering effective sales and service interactions that enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Computer and Consumer Electronics sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in PC peripherals, particularly in Webcam/Security Cameras, headsets, and speaker industries is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage OEM relationships, demonstrating skills in developing and retaining high-performing accounts across Retail, Distribution, System Integrators, or OEM/ODM channels.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales with partners.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
