The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with expertise in inventory control, cost analysis, and project coordination. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Coordinator. This critical role will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting variance analysis, and creating indirect POs. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide administrative support, including certificate updates and team-building activities. Project-based responsibilities may include local tax incentives and bank guarantee issuance.

A key component of this position involves serving as a backup for other financial tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in office software, including Excel, PPT, and Word. SAP ERP experience is highly valued but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management, including annual count and variance analysis
  • Creative Savings cases tracking and validation
  • Indirect PO creation and follow-up
  • Administrative support, including certificate updates and team-building activities
  • Project-based tasks, such as local tax incentive applications and bank guarantee issuance
  • Serving as a backup for other financial responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
