Senior Research Director 

Main Job Responsibilities: 
 Be responsible for develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned 
 Communicate and handle the senior levels of the key clients to strengthen client relationship
 Developing new accounts or services
 Be the expert on technical matters of the team/unit (or able to seek appropriate support at cross-functional, company or group level)
 Responsible for team organizational planning and development
 Mentoring direct reports on business development, account handling, projects solutions)
 With fundamental fiscal responsibility of team and the key clients assigned

Experience:
 Bachelor degree and above, major in Marketing or Statistics would be a plus
 In-depth knowledge of the marketing research 
 Exceptional skills in interpreting data to address business issues.
 Solid experience in business development
 Rich management experience
 Minimum 10 years marketing research related experience.
