Travel Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
Drive sales and ensure target achievement (online + offline business)
Support Area Manager to set up the yearly business strategy for both offline doors and online business: sell-out, sell-in, inventory, rankings, competitor report, product/category performance, and budget. Ensure achievement of travel retail sales target (online + offline) on a monthly basis. Prepare and implement the store opening or refits. Work on the product assortment and merchandising per door to optimize the business performance. Prepare retail sales report, competitor report and market trend analysis.Retail Store operation excellence (online + offline stores)
Store visit (Shanghai & Beijing mainly) on a regular basis and maintain a professional and close relationship with retailers. Ensure the excellent execution of assortment, merchandising, POSM, inventory, activation and service, ensure marketing guidelines are applied in stores. Install new counters ensuring qualitative execution. Collect feedback from stores and follow up with relevant internal and external partners to optimize business and store operation.BA & Promoters management
Responsible for BA & promoter recruitments, target setting, and incentive schemes. Collaborate with training team to train sales staff (online + offline) on new products, selling skills, product/category/industry knowledge; responsible for coaching and performance follow-up; Identify future training needs. Provide counselling, coaching, and motivating the retail sales staff and ensure high level of service is delivered to consumers.Orders Management
Manage assortment list monthly and suggested order to retailers. Orders review and fulfillment tracking.Operational Support
Responsible for the ordering and arrangement of uniform, BA free goods and gifting. Assist with PO raising in MEO, expense, invoice checking and tracking.Qualification
Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of related experience in Perfumes and Cosmetics, relevant experience in Travel Retail Industry is an advantage. Prior work experience with travel retailers is a plus Entrepreneurship spirit Customer service oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Business and result oriented Self-discipline & self-management ability Proactively identify potential risk and business solution Fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficient in MS office software, including but not limited to Excel and PPT Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager-
