About the right team member
At ClassPass we believe partnering with companies who share our values can help thousands of more people live active lives. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated individual to help grow our burgeoning corporate sales channel. The right candidate is not afraid of striking up a conversation with someone they just met. They think creatively, by iterating on a pitch deck, crafting a convincing business proposal or influencing stakeholders to close a deal. This role is ideal for someone who is a few years into their sales career in HR professionals and is looking to attaining greater professional development.
About the role
Research, prospect, engage and sign new corporate clients for ClassPass in mainland China. Proactively seek business opportunities for ClassPass through sales calls and various sales approaches on a daily basis. Manage your own opportunities by utilizing CRM, email and outreach tools and resources to cultivate and maintain sales pipeline Drive through the full sales cycle by making/sending introductory calls and emails, assessing, and building the relationship, performing sales presentations, and closing the deal. Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways in which you connect and build out your relationships with potential clients and share across the team Manage sales pipeline and project management of signed accounts Achieve, and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Skills & experience
At least 3+ years’ solid track record of successful B2B sales experience in the HR professionals. (experiences of selling employee benefits program is a big plus.) Demonstrates strong self-motivation, takes ownership in approaching work, and proactively expands business opportunities for ClassPass by leveraging experience, resources, and industry connections. Demonstrates a high level of adaptability, embraces change, and possesses the ability to analyze market feedback, providing valuable insights for the enhancement of company products. (experience in a startup environment is a big plus.) Ability to conduct presentations/product demonstrations in a confident/engaging manner. Strong skills in communication and persuasion. Strong relationship builder; comfortable and confident with a wide range of decision makers (internal and external). Willingness to make multiple sales calls and sales approaches per day. Fluency in Chinese & English (both written and verbal). Capable of conducting formal business presentations in front of customers. Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for fitness and industry. Rights to work in China.-
