Responsibilities:
Understand hiring needs and support managers in forecasting and planning their talents requirements in line with the business strategy. Ownership of the entire recruitment process including but not limited to job analysis, candidates searching, cold calls conducting, talent pool maintaining, interviewing and reference check. Focus on recruitment efficiency, develop more effective recruitment channel and shorten the cycle time of recruitment. Conduct the onboarding & offboarding process, and maintain employee Occupational Health Record, and ensure the data and records are well kept according to HSE requirement; Follow up the probation assessment process and deliver the related file to C&B specialist for documentation. Execute the annual training plan; Conduct the training records and follow up the training effectiveness; Ensure the related records are well maintained and documented. Understand organizational dynamics and give actionable insights to improve employees experience. Facilitating employee engagement initiatives and company events. Support on various internal/external audit, ensure daily operation and documents meet the requirement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above. Human Resource or related majors. 3 year’s HR experience on recruiting or training function in foreign invested factory. Familiar with labor law and human resource management regulation. Good ability to analyze and solve problems. Have strong sense of confidentiality. Good communication skills and logical thinking ability. Strong communication skills, could execute recruiting and training effectively. Good at both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software. Detail-oriented, a team player and able to work efficiently under pressure.-
