Overview of the Job:
Accountable for GC Men’s CFOP consumer demand in partnership with Consumer team, Marketplace team and Supply Planning to cultivate a holistic consumer demand that brings to life of marketing and merchandising strategy for Consumers.
Job Responsibility:
Seasonal Demand Forecasting:
Seasonal men’s CFOP growth plan initiating and alignment cross functionally Seasonal demand forecasting at model level to style/sku level for owned scope, from Wk46 to OBR. Communicating and tracking demand forecastingKey Franchise Management
Seasonal Key franchise management: manage key franchises thru weekly performance tracking, ladder plan alignment by gates and long-term lifecycle management (CSR/AOP)Responsive Planning
Woke with Supply and Inventory Ops team/MPU Planning/Consumer Merch to utilize agile demand forecasting capability to optimize sales opportunity and achieve inventory targetStrategic Priority & Innovation:
Lead X-function study for CFOP strategic biz investment/opportunity Co-develop planning & analytics toolsKey requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with minimum 5 years relevant work experience; Keen for product and prefer working experience from product planning and business planning.
