Operations Executive

1.Follow strictly standard operating procedures established.
2.Accept booking from shipper and book/coordinate shipments with ocean carriers.
3.Contact overseas agents/office, get proper instruction for shpt arrangement and keep overseas office/client updated with shipment status.
4.Provide accurate and timely information to local clients and venders.
5.Maintain close liaison with booking agent/carriers for shipment booking, freight pick up, custom clearance and warehouse loading.
6.Handling each file with effective and profitability guideline.
7.Key in shipment information CW system and timely/accurately update the information/milestone in the system.
8.Provide fast responding/flexible/excellent customer service and deliver effective solution.
9.Submit accurate SI/AMS/ACI/ISF information via email or CW system.
10.Send OIA standard quotation sheet for the local charges to the shipper and report manager if any complaint
11.Research, resolve and report operational problems immediately .
12.Prepare/issue the bill of lading according to customer’s requirement. Prepare shipping documents as required.
13.Assure timely/accurately revenue billing,cost booking/verification and PS chasing as per company policy.
14.Confirm on board with shipping line and keep tracking the shipment till it arrive POD and report overseas/manager exception/delay.
15.Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties and upload in CW in timely manner.
16.Prepare all the relevant doc and close file on time once all procedure finished.
17.Other duties as assigned to the position.
