E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Role Purpose 职位目标:
To deliver Sales target by co-op with customer and drive Ali group precise operation. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales to manage and grow our sales with Ali Group customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with various departments, TP and distributor partners to achieve sales targets.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Develop and execute Ali Group strategies to expand market share with existing and new product line. Enhance strategic partnership with Ali leveraging internal integrated resources. Deliver annual sales target. Manager monthly orders and keep healthy DOH. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver integrated solutions that meet target and deepen consumer engagement. Work closely with distributor logistics providers to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery of products. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. To design and plan promotion calendar and contribute activity ideas to reflect customer and shopper’s demand Budget management, including budget planning and claiming on time. Continually improve ROI in channel/customer investment lever Expand emerging channel within Ali Ecosystem.Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
College or bachelor’s degree. At least 6 years EC working experience on sales role, rich experience in Ali. FMCG or OTC industry is preferred. OTC experience is nice to have and better have experience of managing both sales and traffic buy. Good sales planning skill and learning agility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals. Good execution and result driven.
