Description

·With support from Shanghai Sales director, you need to develop an understanding of both customer needs and business objectives to create and implement an appropriate action plan geared to generating a sustainable and profitable top line revenue stream.

·Work in line with the strategy as defined by China Leadership team and Sales Director of Shanghai and implement the appropriate action steps in order to maximize opportunities for success.

·Effectively utilize all available resources to increase the opportunity for both short term as well as long term sales success.

·Achieve agreed sales targets at specified margins and monitor performance

·Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

·Profile, target, and qualify potential new sales opportunities with new clients.

·Develop strategic plans to win key projects and opportunities.

·Maintain a thorough knowledge of Steelcase’s products, services, culture, history, and research

·Deploy strategic selling techniques with key corporate and global accounts.

·Develop and maintain strong relationships with key A&D, and Project Management Companies.

·Develop and prepare quotations and presentations

·Formulate tender responses and RFP responses in a timely manner

·Preparation of project details for Project Managers and participate in a project team environment, coordinating accurate order summary documentation.

·Keep accurate CRM.

·Actively seeks information about the market through speaking with stakeholders/ clients, reading journals and newspapers and utilising other research tools

·Actively seek information about Professional Developments target audience and utilise this information in sales approach

·Listens to others group members

·Builds trust within the team through open and honest communication

·Undertakes and completes allocated tasks on time and to the standard expected, communicating regularly with team members
