Customer Service Coordinator

You will have an important supporting role in ensuring the smooth running of our audit services. Different operational situations will bring different tasks and give you plenty of opportunities to learn everything about the audit process from the inside.
You will be expected to:
- Assist local clients with order management and administrative issues
- Collect client feedback and service issues, and escalate to Sales team and Audit Service Management timely
- Enhance service levels through professionalism and effectiveness
- Maintain relevant internal databases
- Assist in the audit validation process
- Answer basic technical questions from clients
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications
The Candidate:
It could be you, if you have:
- A college degree or higher
- Competent in English writing and reading
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to dedicate yourself to customer service from an audit technical approach
- Work experience is not mandatory
It also helps if you are:
- Strong sense of data management and analysis
- Proficient with computers
