Responsibilities 

• Researching and analyzing auto industry related policies using primarily Chinese-language sources to provide updates and reports in English 

• Aiding with written translations of internal and external materials between Chinese and English • Supporting govt meeting host and coordination 

• Assisting administrative tasks such as internal purchase procedure, meeting minutes taking, arranging express delivery, and other duties 

• Other responsibilities as assigned
 

Qualifications and characteristics: 

• Students currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master's degree programs in international relations, Law, Business, English, Management or related fields are preferred 

• Native Chinese speaker with exceptional written command of the English language 

• Strong, demonstrated research and analytical experience using Chinese-language sources 

• Knowledge and interest in PRC political and economic systems, auto industry policy preferred. 

• Candidates who are dependable, flexible, able to take initiatives 

• Three days a week in the office. A minimum of six months commitment is preferred
