Senior Associate, Sales Account Management

This role is responsible for annual SCJ content EC channel business plans, demand plans and channel P&L outcome. This position is dedicated to build strategic business partnership with Content EC channel, which includes but no limitd to: Tiktok, Kuaishou and Wechat video channel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve business results (GS/NS/DP/OP) as a high potential member of China eCommerce Team
Establish a healthy business model with strong partner (distributor & retailor& agency etc), understand how to build a strong foundation of content EC business
Development and implementation of customer strategy and activation plans on Tiktok, Kuaoshou and Wechat video channel etc Content EC channel with meaningful ROI
Closely collaboration with eCommerce Customer Marketing, brand marketing and IMC team etc cross functional team to deliver target goal
Co-Lead agency with eCommerce Customer Marketing to accomplish annual/monthly target and be responsible for ROI continual optimization
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. At least 1 year of Tiktok experience. FMCG background is required
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Experience and knowledge content sales channel experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
Full time work, overtime is expected
Travel will up to 10% of work time within country
