Responsibilities 职责:
Understands the performance of CE products and actively assists the commercial team in explaining technical properties to customers to allow customer discovery of its value Meet with customers to understand their specification needs and surface project ideas for solutions to SFDC with a focus on the high value flexible program Execute projects where no additional technical resources are required Support introduction and sale of new products to customers via translation opportunities Enhance cross-function teamwork Translate new trends, new products and new applications Create and Lead market needs Value capture Realization / Support of Customer Options Mapping in vote with the commercial team Translate new trends, new products and new applications Segment plan/Segment strategy / Commercial plan
Qualifications 要求:
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
3-10 years in auto business （e-Drive System） Bachelor above Ability to independently work with customers to develop a tailored solution Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems independently Key Competencies: Functional/Technical Skills, Customer Focus, Listening, Problem Solving, Peer Relationships, independenceDesirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Good knowledge on engine e-Drive Unite & Power Electronic and related applications Familiar with the e-Drive Unite & Power Electronic value chain Strong new market development capabilities Tiers, molders focus and has full skill for projects management Excellent project management skills Good communication, presentation skills and commercial sense.
