Assistant Manager, E-Mobility Business Development

Main Tasks:-
- Propose New Product Development projects under company stage-gate process
- Drive and develop potential e-mobility customers as well as new applications
- Maintain the good relationship with the local accounts
- Coordinate with internal TS and MM/production team to ensure a sustainable supply.
- Use company internal system to support and report activity (Price system, Call reports, Samples/tech service requests)
- Deliver activity summary presentations to peers and upper management (Project portfolio reviews, sales meetings…)
- Cooridinate the project information closely with OEMs

Job Requirements:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Technical field in Chemistry, Polymer, or Engineering is required; MS or PhD is a plus.
- 3-5 years of technical/project experience in the Automotive or battery industry.
- Has know-how knowledge of PU and project development experience.
- Good personal and interpersonal working skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and tenacity in focusing for results, has hunting spirits.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
