Executive Communications:
Develop strategic communication plans for senior executives, ensuring clear, consistent messaging aligned with business objectives. Draft speeches, presentations, op-eds, and internal communications for senior executives at key business platforms, industry events, and internal meetings. Manage thought leadership opportunities for executives, positioning them as industry experts across media and public platforms. Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on communication best practices, including navigating sensitive or complex issues.Content Development:
Lead the creation of high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media and internal communications. Ensure all communication materials reflect consistent messaging and tone, aligned with the company's brand and values. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to develop innovative storytelling approaches that engage target audiences. Manage content calendars and the editorial process to ensure timely, impactful delivery of messages. Ensure content is visually appealing, particularly on social media platforms where presentation is key.Crisis Management & Media Relations:
Assist in developing and executing crisis communications plans to protect the company’s reputation, collaborating with teams to establish media protocols and conduct simulations. Build strong media relationships, pitch strategic stories, and position the company effectively in public discourse. Train executives and key personnel to handle media engagements confidently and consistently.
