In your new role you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans that support company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, AHM, etc.
  • Drive branding initiatives in the site, ensuring that the company's brand is consistently represented and promoted internally.
  • Craft compelling internal messages and communication materials that resonate with corporate messaging.
  • Support senior executives’ communication to employees for exampled rafting of email communication, speeches, preparation of AHM presentation.
  • Give advice and develop training program and material within organization on how to make communication more effective and engaging.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor Degree or above, major in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or other related subjects is preferred.
  • 5-6 years direct working experience in corporate or internal/employee communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills and strong executive ability.
  • Good command of English and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, responsible, eager to learn, willing to take up new duties and meet new challenges.
