What you will do

Strategy & Planning

Deeply understand the regional business strategy, support the team leader to initiate and develop tesa China MSP strategy. Advice and execute the MSP related policy, process and projects based on the strategyDevelop local end to end leads management strategy and programs including leads screening, scoring, nurturing and lead conversion with team leader's coach and guidanceIdentify the potential improvement areas, take the initiatives for the programs related to the tools and processes aligned with the MSP strategyBuild-up the strong insight to analyze the strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functionsEstablish and maintain a strong cross-functional MSP network with commercial, finance, supply chain, production, IT and other stakeholders. Actively network with all levels of the internal stakeholders in Greater China to help influence, learn, attain and sustain advocates for the MSP strategy and vision

Marketing & Sales Process

Drive and develop the tailor-made leads management solution based on BU's request through marketing automation systemRegularly analyze the CRM & Leads related data impact, identify the opportunity to improve the marketing & sales effectiveness continuouslyUtilize data and information available to monitor and assess the CRM and leads transition performance, provide advice, suggestions and potential solutions to businessIdentify, evaluate and distribute of leads from different channels independentlyBuild-up strong insight of business and products, identify the potential customers via the integrated platform, nurturing the selected potential customers for business opportunityAs owner to develop the MSP related training content in assigned topics and deliver the MSP training to target audiences individuallySupport other regions with best practice based on region’s pull and request

Business Intelligence & Optimization

As the owner to develop critical measurement categories, specific metrics and outputs aligned to business requirements for assigned specific area (Sales performance measurement, Funnel data, sales analysis/reporting/dashboards, KPI’s), deliver and promote the measurement to target audienceGenerate the insights from multiple sources of data/information, provide the solution or advice to drive the efficient and effective commercial operations.Identify the improvement area, take initiatives to lead the comprehensive business improvement programsDevelop and optimize the tools and dashboard to support business growthOptimize and execute marketing and sales performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable dataDesign, evaluate, advise and optimize on business systems individually based on business development and evolving

What you will need

Bachelor degree and above, major in Marketing or Business Administration related will be a plusMin 5 years of working experience in marketing or sales relatedSolid working experience in CRM usage and management, Dynamics experience will be preferredExcellent speech and structured presentation skills, capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across departmentExcellent in MS office, good at Excel and PowerPointGood data analysis skills, could generate data-based reports with solutionsGood problem solving skills, can identify a variety of complex problems and present clearly, analyze the root reason with good analytical skills and business acumen, and can put forward constructive suggestions and solve the difficult and complex problems independentlyHighly self-motivating, open minded and hands-on attitudeGood cross-culture influence and communication skillsExcellent English communication skill in written and oralGood project management skills, PMP certification will be a plusBusiness travel is needed, should be flexible to travel occasionally
