Your Role

Mission

To provide efficient and professional administrative support and the highest standard of service to all staff member of ITBA China.

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide support on Shanghai offices and other branch offices for set up, expansion, reconstruction, and termination projects to meet requirements both from company target and business line, also aims for creating a secure, friendly and efficient working environment.Execute regular onsite patrol and check for Shanghai office buildings to ensure all office facilities are running in good condition and follow up repairing or modification cases in time.Take responsibility for management of fixed assets, including but not limited to monitor new assets booking, transferring and scrap process in Fixed Assets database to ensure all assets are under effective control.In charge of yearly count for fixed assets projects, accordance with company related procedure and policy.Provide administrative support to expatriates with accommodation, vehicle, children’s school and all other related issues.Provide administrative support and service to all expatriates with visa application, accommodation, transportation and other related issues.Organize, implement and coordinate all kinds of company and business level activities to ensure event and function's efficiency.Strictly keep to administration policies and procedures, continuously improve and optimize Administrative SOP to ensure standardization and effectiveness of administration management.Manage ADM related suppliers for service quality which should be aligned in contract and can put forward constructive and practical suggestions to promote service level.Back up as Administration Assistant with related work during absence and provide consistent and stable administrative support to employees.Back up as contact person of ADM Team Leader during absence period and take role of temporarily leading ADM team.Accomplish other ad-hoc tasks assigned by ADM Team Leader/Business Operations Manager.

College degree or above3 years or above administration related working experience
