Job Description

职责:

基于业务增长战略,制定零售O2O增长计划。明确到渠道和客户年度投资计划。

负责O2O平台业务增长,明确全年投入,完成年度目标(GMV)。

具有盈亏意识,有策略有计划的分配资源和管理市场支出预算,以满足业务需求和财务目标。

开发共建生意增长方法论和模式,与品牌团队合作制定零售和品牌O2O增长计划,与核心连锁客户通过JBP一起驱动生意增长。

专业背景:

•有在线运营和营销经验,对客户、消费者有一定的洞察和理解,并能够转化为推动生意增长的思考;

•O2O平台业务计划及运营能力,对零售O2O业务有深刻的理解,对平台产品有一定的理解,能够更快更好的建立生意增长模型;

•主要客户管理能力,具有JBP设计及实施的能力;

•有渠道生意管理经验;

教育要求:

本科及以上学历,市场营销/传播/制药/快速消费品专业优先。

工作经验及技能:

8-10年医药/医疗保健相关行业/快消品品牌/零售营销经验

O2O平台商业计划及运营经验。对零售O2O有深刻的见解

逻辑思维,战略构建,卓越的数据挖掘和分析技能。

优秀的协作能力和沟通能力。

项目管理和多任务处理技能。能够处理复杂和模棱两可的问题

有市场策划和执行的实践经验。

快速学习并能够运用所学知识解决关键业务挑战。

英语工作及沟通的能力。
