Overview

1.推动 MU LKA渠道、油站业务、批发渠道及相关渠道发展,建立散称品类模型,赋能区域团队,根据不同市场及渠道状况精准落地。

2.发展BD业务,推动零食渠道、折扣店业务的发展,探索推动“闪电仓”业务

Responsibilities

1.推动MU LKA渠道的发展包括但不限于:LKA 渠道、新兴连锁渠道(精品、高端等)、油站业务(中石化、中石油、壳牌)及相关渠道发展项目,深挖渠道增长潜能,建立MU流程及管理模型,赋能区域团队,根据不同市场及渠道状况精准落地。

2.探索区域散称品类的发展计划

3.承接BU批发渠道项目在区域的落地实施

4.BD 业务的开发,建立MU流程及0-1管理模型:

5.根据不同市场需求,加速包括但不限于零食渠道、折扣店等渠道精准落地,推动这类渠道从1-10的快速发展

6.推动“闪电仓”业务的拓展,加速新兴渠道的快速发展。

Qualifications

10年以上快速消费品销售经验,有至少5年在快消行业的重点客户管理经验或TM经验

较强的谈判能力及销售能力

具备较强跨部门沟通协作能力

具备较强的抗压能力与解决问题的能力

精通Office 办公软件的操作,具备较强的数字分析能力与数字敏感度,拥有一定的消费者洞察及市场研究经验

具有一定的经销商管理能力

具备项目管理的经验

团队领导力

渠道管理能力

项目管理能力

驾驭复杂挑战的能力
