Level of Education

Working Experience in Relevant Field

At least 3 years of experience in Key Account or Marketing in China Pharma industry  Project management or consulting experience a plus

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Strong business acumen Outstanding track record in strategic planning roles Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate strategy and plans with clear logic flow and confidence. Able to lead team meetings towards productive discussion and alignment Good project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within tight timeframe and milestones. Good at teamwork and self-motivated. Innovative sense and willing to drive a complex and changing environment and effectively manage and resolve issues from access perspective. Awareness of and adherence to the company’s credo and compliance requirement. Able to independently drive creative solutions and establish connections both internally and externally Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese is essential.
