汇报职位 :全国创新渠道及KA经理
职位目标 : 在全国业务制订/运营经理的指导下,与区域销售经理密切合作,制定和落实区域重点客户(药学/临床医学)及医学市场渠道推广策略,包括搭建区域学术平台、组织策划会议及推广活动、整合优化区域资源等,以提高公司产品在医疗专业人士和领域的影响力。
与区域的KOL建立良好的客户关系,发展区域学术带头人;
在全国策略目标的指引下,结合区域市场情况和分析,建议和制订区域年度策略目标和重点项目方案,推动区域销售策略向前推进,会同大区和地区经理制订执行方案,促进区域策略顺利实施和大区销售目标达成;
根据全国入药策略和目标,制定区域入药策略和计划,会同销售团队推进目标医院的产品线的开发,提高产品覆盖率,协助达成大区进药目标,与销售团队共同维护产品在重点医院的安全运营;
主要工作职责 :
1.协助全国KA及策略经理制定医院渠道区域策略,通过区域资源整合和配置优化,整合各品牌推广资源,同时结合区根据区域特点,统筹安排,保证资源的高效应用,关注区域重点项目的区域执行和落地,以协助大区的季度和年度销售目标达成;
2.关注和收集区域市场动态信息,竞品动向及份额变化分析,评估,指导区域销售发掘市场机会和潜力,并将市场重要信息反馈给上级;参与大区和地区月度销售市场会议,传达全国策略和要求,跟进执行进展,并协助解决执行过程中的问题,提供可行性解决方案;
3.公司全国医学/药学和医院管理学平台的联系和合作,学术平台相关负责人和关键KOL的维护和跟进工作,协调公司学术平台的会议和活动,确保与学术平台稳健可持续合作。
4.医学/药学KOL的区域建设工作. 通过定期拜访和策划组织重点客户活动,使全国重点客户发展策略快速准确地
最大程度地支持产品品牌的地区推广和专家维护。5.会同区域销售经理进行全国入药目标的制订,在各品牌入药目标策略指引下,制订具体入药医院计划,完善入药进程跟进系统,推进公司产品覆盖率的提高,协助达成季度及年度大区进药目标,并定期跟进和回顾。
6.按照公司会议指南和相关SOP,协助进行学术赞助活动的计划,申请,组织,执行和监控, 包括支持全国赞助会议和组织区域学术赞助会议,确保会议质量和各项合规要求;
7.区域推广物料(公司沟通函,样品,DA,医学辅助用品等)的管理。
8. 其他直线经理提出的各项任务。
– 大客户管理;
– 在区域预算限制内根据市场和活动分配活动促销资源;
– 区域销售策略的建议和共同制订,跟进实施
– 向全国业务发展及运营经理,区域销售提供数据分析,相关策略建议供决策参考;
– 项目管理,推进项目在区域的实施
影响:
区域中医院重点产品市场份额的影响。 在医疗专业系统中的公司和品牌形象。 在区域医药学会中的公司和品牌形象。 区域KOL对公司和品牌形象的认可。 区域医院渠道策略建议和实施。
产品线在区域重点医院的覆盖率和安全运营任职条件 :
文化程度:大学本科或以上学历,市场营销,工商管理或医药相关专业
任职经验 至少5年医药保健品或医疗行业的市场营销工作经验。 至少2年以上销售管理岗位经验. 在跨国公司工作的经验 专业知识/技能 深入了解医院和其他医疗专业机构的运作 通晓市场运作手段及流程,熟悉中国市场运作、营销及法规知识,并有实际操作经验 策略思维、创新思维 医院市场分析与品牌策划/推广的理论与技巧Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
