We are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager who is supportive, multi-tasking and energetic to join us in our KA团队
What you’ll do
制定和执行年度医院列名目标、策略,及重点医院的列名路线图 建立和维护与医院管理部门和药剂科等主要利益相关方的关系 设计和执行以患者为中心的学术项目,建立公司在医院管理和药学领域的专业形象和影响力 有效策划及执行一院一策,最大化列名机会、推动产品成功进院;最小化停控事件及影响,保护公司产品在医院安全运营 与跨部门密切配合,团结各方力量,解决列名中的挑战 动员及协调公司内部资源、专业力量、最佳实践等,提升公司整体及一线团队的列名能力Interested? 5 年以上制药或医疗行业经验,有以下经验者优先:大客户相关经验、销售管理、市场品牌、医药经济学 中枢神经领域经验优先 优秀的谈判及沟通技巧 主动解决问题,分析能力强 Proactive in solving problems, strong in analyzing 积极主动性高,主动寻找机会,积极应对挑战您准备好超越自己为患者创造价值了吗?如果您也想要这么做,我们期待您的加入!
