Key Account Manager, API, Automation Systems

Job Responsibility 岗位职责
Mission
Develop and nurture strong high-level relationships with SINOPEC/CNPC group customer and subordinate EPC Leading pursuit of assigned key account/EPC involved project jointly with regional sales, and fulfill sales annual target in propositionally agreed by business head and regional sales. Demonstrate added value to increase involved project win rate and increase Finish sales and team contribution tasks assigned.Areas of Responsibility
Collect and update selected EPC customer profile and transparency Being the sales responsible person in region, win the project and achieve sales target. Coordinate promotion events Arrange High level customer meetings Collect and streamline EPC project information, coordinate across region sales Help to coordinate the issue during project implementation Come up with long term key account development strategy and share with regional sales and CocOthers
Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. Have awareness of local relevant quality system. Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs. Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following. Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessaryJob Requirement 岗位要求:
Education and Experience
Rich knowledge in Online Gas Chromatography products or competitors’ products At least 10 years working experience in petrochemical, Coal chemical industry At least 5 years working experience in Sales and key account development related function. Strong sales sense and willingness to develop business Strong Implementation capacity to reach the sales target. Good communication skills internally and externally Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience Quick learner and with good business senseLeadership Competences
