Major Tasks:

Leads and coordinates the business activities for EP HC at key accounts; takes full responsibility for the existing running business, developing new projects/applications, managing the customers’ project pipeline and the process of material specificationDevelop and implement account strategy (non-transactional) as well as value proposition aligning with the industry, application and product strategies. Communicates the account strategies and account plans with internal supportive functions for achieving account targets, builds the core account team; assigns, allocates and communicates the account target and KPIs to core team membersTakes full responsibility for the running business in the assigned territories (in North China & East China), achieve sales targets in volume and marginIdentify & qualify prospects and develop new opportunities to ensure a continuous pipeline development of opportunities with existing and new markets/applicationsIdentify the key value chain customers (especially Medical Device and Pharma OEMs); build, maintain and develop relationships with the key decision makers of existing / potential buying accounts and the key value chain customersPlay a key role in sourcing and aggregating primary market information. Share insights and knowledge of responsible account within BE to support Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Innovation to provide the right value proposition, relationship, products, offers, and technology.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years commercial experiences in Polymer industry, experience with HealthCare is preferred Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Polymer related majorsVery strong capability in communication and negotiation, Strong in project leading and managementGood in EnglishStrong learning capability and good team playerSound knowledge and experience in channel management and customer relationship managementAcceptance of frequent travelSound presentation skills for customer seminars
