Job Title: Regional KA Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional KA Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a Regional KA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional key account strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional key account strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage regional budgets and forecasts to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or healthcare.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing key account strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
